My interest is related to the evolution of the basins in the nort-west corner of Southamerica and its relation to the uplift of the Northern Andes and Panamá Chocó Block.

My current projects are:

• Provenance of the Eocene Sandstones in the San Juan Basin; constrains to the southern boundary of Panama Choco Block.
• Sedimentology and stratigraphy of the Colombian Caribbean basins.
